We want you to love your purchase from iMarseda Online Shop. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, refunds, exchanges, and more.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at info@imarseda.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition and eligibility.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@imarseda.com.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item:
- Email us at info@imarseda.com
- Send the item to: Street Abdi Toptani, 1001, Tirana, Albania
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please ship it to: Street Abdi Toptani, 1001, Tirana, Albania
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted unless otherwise agreed.
Important:
If returning a high-value item, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items
- Used, opened, or damaged items not caused by transit issues
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
